The Fire Chief at Orange Grove Fire Department and his wife have both been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing treatment. Chief Baker comes from several generations of emergency responders here in Orange County and needs our help.
The Sherriff has set up an account and started a fund raising effort to help Chief Baker and his wife with the medical expenses of the treatments and medical needs.
We are asking for any and everyone that can spare a few dollars to donate.
We will be accepting donations at our main fire station in Hillsborough from now until July 26th, 2024.
The Sherriff is also accepting donations and there will be a drive through fund raiser on July 27th at Orange Grove Fire Station 1 at 6800 Orange Grove Road.
